Add a row per gate size. The clear height is what the truck or machine passes through — not the height to the top of the structural opening.

An overhead crane cannot wait: its capacity and span change columns, frames and foundations, and it cannot be added later to a structure not calculated for it.

Whatever you exclude here stays on you: foundations, floor slab and excavation are the largest source of surprises in the final invoice when left outside the scope.
