Engineering consulting
Analysing project requirements and setting the optimal technical solution for structure, specification, and cost — before any dimension is fixed.
Services
19 services across five departments, arranged to cover a whole project without gaps between specialisms.
Every project starts as an idea translated into precise engineering drawings that balance form and durability.
This is the stage where the whole cost of the project is decided. The choices made here — structural system, span, clear height, design load values — determine steel tonnage, build time, and twenty years of running cost. Changing a line on paper is free; changing it on a fabricated member is not.
What we work to

Department services
Analysing project requirements and setting the optimal technical solution for structure, specification, and cost — before any dimension is fixed.
Engineering designs built to the specific project: clear span, clear height, opening positions, and crane loads where they exist.
Detailed drawings with numbered members, exact dimensions, and hole positions, reviewed and approved before cutting begins.
Quality starts in the shop, where steel structures are built to strict safety and precision standards.
The shop is where quality is either made or lost. Members are cut and drilled by machine in parallel with foundation work on site, and that parallelism is what makes steel construction faster than the alternatives — provided the shop drawings are approved before cutting starts.
What we work to

Department services
Forming hangar components from weather-resistant steel grades, to the Eurocode.
Construction and erection carried out in a defined sequence that keeps the structure stable at every stage of the raise.
Inspecting fabrication and erection against specification, with a weld inspection plan and mill certificates.
We stay with the client through every stage, from execution to long-term durability.
A steel structure lasts a long time on one condition: simple, regular maintenance. The cost curve here is sharply asymmetric — treating surface rust over a square metre is negligible, while treating a member that has lost part of its section means structural strengthening or full replacement, and downtime.
What we work to

Department services
Installation by a specialist crew for accurate fixing and structural integrity, with bolt torque controlled and documented.
Complete maintenance plans: coating inspection, gutter clearing before the rainy season, bolt-tightness review, and sealant checks.
Every project has its own requirements, and we design the solution that fits it precisely.
Some projects cannot absorb responsibility being split across a designer, a fabricator, and a contractor. For those we take the full scope — from planning to final handover — so that a single party stays accountable for dimensions, dates, and cost together.
What we work to

Department services
Design and execution to the requirements of the area, the use, and the environment — including saline and industrial settings.
Raw materials and tooling at the right quality and price, under a written specification rather than a general description.
From planning to final handover for turnkey projects, with a schedule and explicit acceptance items.
Precise inspection and testing of every member and connection to confirm conformity with the adopted building code.
Engineering safety leaves no room for guesswork or verbal estimates. At this stage we apply strict inspection protocols covering weld testing, insulation thickness, steel coating quality, and dimensional accuracy before lifting and before leaving the site. We confirm that every element conforms to the standard specification, so the structure stays safe and dependable for the long term, with no surprises in the field.
What we work to

Department services
Testing structural connections to confirm weld integrity and conformity with the specification before a member is approved and lifted.
Measuring insulation thickness and steel coating quality against the specification adopted for the project.
Reviewing member dimensions and hole positions before lifting and before leaving the site, so an error is not found after erection.
Additional services
The structure alone does not put a building into service. These items are usually commissioned after handover through a separate contractor; delivering them inside the same project is cheaper, faster, and less prone to conflict.
Office buildings, guard rooms, perimeter fencing, site levelling and paving.
Waterproofing, thermal and acoustic insulation to specification, with thermal bridges addressed.
Alarms, surveillance and cameras, access control, and fire-fighting equipment.
Telecom, internet and protection networks, phone exchanges, and attendance monitoring.
Electrical power through solar systems and generators.
Materials and specifications
Grade, thickness and certification — not "high-quality steel". These are the line items on which two quotations that look alike on paper are actually compared.
Grade ST 37–52, in thicknesses from 1.5 to 12 mm.
Certified to ISO 9001 and the European CE mark
Type 3003, in thicknesses from 0.5 to 3 mm.
Certified to ASTM B209
Composite sandwich panels from 50 to 100 mm, at 40% foam density.
Use, clear dimensions, equipment movement, openings, and site conditions. Send them and we will come back with a preliminary study.
